Beginners/Rehab 10.00am Saturday
This class is suitable for anyone who is an absolute beginner and may have been advised to start Pilates. This class teaches the foundation exercises of the Pilates Method, focusing on developing stability, strength and control, and incorporates core work, as well as flexion and extension.
General 8 pm Wednesday, 9.30 am Friday
Suitable for those who have done some Pilates and/or are generally fit), spaces available. This class builds on the foundation exercises of the Pilates Method, focusing on developing stability, strength and control, and incorporates core work, as well as flexion and extension.
Intermediate 8pm Monday
This class is currently full and inviation only. Knowledge of the key Pilates exercises is required. It is a faster paced, more challenging class and introduces new exercises and focuses on challenging you to work more deeply.
Classes are held at St Joseph's Hall, Horsecroft Road, Boxmoor. This is under St Mary and Joseph's Church on St John's Road and is right next to the moor.

It's £10 for a trial class or £92.50 for a block of 10 - for my regular classes this is a rolling block which means that if you cannot make a class and cancel within 12 hours your session will carry over to the next week, or you can book into one of my other classes.
I use an online booking system which allows you to cancel and book in as you need, as well as pay via credit/debit card or PayPal.
I am afraid that drop ins are not permitted as continuity is essential, for you and the others in the class. I like to keep classes small so there is never more than 10 people in a class to ensure you get the attention you deserve.
Please note there are some health issues that may not be suitable for the general/intermediate classes. You will be required to have GP advice and approval before you go ahead. Please do not hesitate to ask me if you are unsure.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
I require all clients to fill out a PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and waiver before commencing classes. I reserve the right to refuse entry to a class if there are medical issues that might be not compatible with Pilates.
I use an online booking system and ask my clients to kindly book themselves out of classes they cannot attend as per the cancellation period above. I do not take responsibility for cancelling clients on the system.
All sessions start promptly.
