I believe that movement is the key to managing many conditions and I have experience of working with a variety of issues including back pain, sports injuries, post surgery care, cancer rehab, MS and scoliosis.
PIlates keeps you physically and mentally strong, helps you relax and develop flexiblity and control. As a teacher my passion is seeing people transform their bodies and general wellbeing.
I can advise you on the best programme for you and adapt for your needs, and can work in conjunction with your physiotherapists or medical team and other experts to ensure rehabilitation from illness and injury.
My classes are fun and physically challenging. No one said it would be easy!

Life's so up and down at the moment but you can still workout in the comfort of your own home. While I'd prefer to teach in person, I'm sticking to Zoom classes until winter is over and it's warm enough to fully ventilate the space.
